The product.

Galacha records and replays real user sessions, every click, scroll, resize and DOM change, so teams stop guessing and watch exactly where people get stuck. A ~15KB SDK drops in with two lines of code and under 50ms overhead, so it never slows the site down.

Beyond replay, it pins JS errors and failed network requests on the session timeline, inspects every API call with status, timing and payload, and auto-skips dead time at 16×. Inputs are masked by default, no cookies, no third-party tracking.

It's priced for the African market and beyond: 2,000 sessions free every month with no credit card, then pay-per-session from a couple of shillings each, no subscriptions, no surprises.

What I did

Built across the whole stack.

  • The recording SDK

A ~15KB browser SDK that captures clicks, scrolls, resizes and DOM mutations with sub-50ms overhead, from a two-line install.

  • Pixel-perfect replay

The player that reconstructs a session exactly as the user saw it, with JS errors and network calls pinned on the timeline.

  • Ingestion & storage

The APIs and pipeline that receive, compress and store session events at scale, plus the dashboard to search and watch them.

  • Privacy & billing

Default input masking, no third-party tracking, and pay-per-session metering, free tier included.
